Lost Frequencies Are You With Me lyrics

I wanna dance by water 'neath the Mexican sky
Drink some Margaritas by a string of blue lights
Listen to the Mariachi play at midnight
Are you with me, are you with me?

Are you with me?

Are you with me?

Drink some Margaritas by a string of blue lights
Listen to the Mariachi play at midnight
Are you with me, are you with me?

I wanna dance by water 'neath the Mexican sky
Drink some Margaritas by a string of blue lights
Listen to the Mariachi play at midnight
Are you with me, are you with me?

Are you with me?

I wanna dance by water 'neath the Mexican sky
Drink some Margaritas by a string of blue lights
Listen to the Mariachi play at midnight
Are you with me, are you with me?

I wanna dance by water 'neath the Mexican sky
Drink some Margaritas by a string of blue lights
Listen to the Mariachi play at midnight
Are you with me, are you with me?

Are you with me?

Overview

This is a remixed version of an original song by country singer Easton Corbin. Belgian music producer and disc jockey Lost Frequencies remixed the song and released it as a single in October of 2014. The remixed song was a huge hit, topping music charts in the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Switzerland, and Austria. Lost Frequencies's version of Are You With Me is classified in the genres deep house and dance. It's the artist's first song to achieve worldwide attention.

The song is unique in that it featured club-esque beats which are played using a lot of acoustic instruments. Lost Frequencies retained the main beats in the original song but he added a more upbeat and faster sound. The song has a muffled quality to it which gives the listener the feeling that he or she is listening to it from outside a party.

The original Are You With Me song was released by Easton Corbin in 2012 through his album All Over the Road. Corbin re-released the song in 2015 in his new album About to Get Real. Lost Frequencies picked up the song in 2014 then remixed and released it as a single in the same year. Lost Frequencies took out almost all of the lyrics of the original song. He retained only the first verse in the song which referenced the Mexican sky, margaritas and a mariachi playing at midnight.

The best part in Are You With Me by Lost Frequencies for a good ringtone is the part that plays from 0:06 to 0:36.
